Before starting mold designs, it is one of the very important stages where the manufacturability of the product is analyzed and the time and labor in mold design and manufacturing activities are reduced to the optimum level. In this process, engineering software that directs accurate, minimum cost and fast mold manufacturing by simulating in a virtual environment is used.

All the work done is reported and presented to our customers. After the simulation studies; If necessary, spring back compensation surfaces are created and the product is produced at the desired level in the first piece printing.
